You can withdraw money from your CD Account in the following ways:
1. From the day of your CD maturity, you will have a 7-calendar day grace period during which you can close your CD and withdraw the entire CD amount (opening deposit + interest) without an early withdrawal penalty. The closing balance must be transferred to your Velo Premier Checking account.
2. If you need to close your CD before the maturity date, you’ll need to call our Customer Service Center at 400-080-5290(China) or 1-833-GOT-VELO(U.S.) for assistance; however, an early withdrawal penalty will apply.

If you don't take any action during the 7-day grace period, your CD will automatically renew for the same term, at the interest rate that is in effect on the maturity date.
