When requesting a debit card in the Velo mobile app, if your Velo checking account has an in-China address you’ll be asked to enter a one-time shipping address, which is the address we’ll mail your card to. The shipping address doesn’t have to match any address you have on file with us, but you will need to provide it in Chinese characters so we can expedite the delivery process.

If your Velo checking account has a U.S. address, we’ll automatically mail your card to the same address we have on file.
