Velo services both incoming and outgoing International wire transfers.

On the Velo by East West BankTM Mobile app dashboard, select “Transfer” to navigate to the Transfer Money page.
Tap “Send To” and select the international recipient account you wish to transfer to. If you’re sending to a new international recipient, tap “ International Account” to select “International Account”.

Enter the “Amount” you would like to transfer, and complete your transfer by filling out the required information and reviewing and submitting your request.

Note: Velo’s outgoing international wire transfer service currently only supports USD as the delivery currency, to approximately 240 delivery countries. International wire transfer is currently not supported in Online Banking.
