You can ONLY cancel a Velo Bill Pay payment if the payment status is listed as “Pending” in your bill payment history.  

When using Velo Bill Pay on the Velo Mobile App, please follow the instructions below to cancel a Bill Pay payment: 
  1. Sign in to the Velo Mobile App
  2. Go on “Bill Pay” and click on the 3-dot icon on the upper right corner of the Bill Pay Main screen
  3. Tap on Payment History and locate the payment that you would like to cancel
  4. Please note that Velo Bill Pay can only cancel a payment that’s in a pending status. Please contact the payee directly for handling cancellation of a payment that is in an in-progress or complete status
  5. Tap on the “Cancel this transaction” button to cancel the payment  
When using Velo Bill Pay on Velo Online Banking, please follow the instructions below to cancel a Bill Pay payment:  
  1. Sign in to Velo Online Banking
  2. Go to the Activities tab and locate the payment that you would like to cancel and click through the payment detail screens until you see a Cancel button
  3. Click on Cancel to cancel the payment
